As the winter sets in, we're heating things up with a special collaboration that's a little bit different. We've teamed up with our mates from Black Market Sake from Sydney, Australia’s leaders in all things Japanese drinks, to bring you something truly unique.

Get ready for an unforgettable night on Wednesday, July 23rd, right here at Madalena's! Our chefs are pulling out all the stops, crafting a special six-course set menu showcasing the best of premium Western Australian seafood and produce.

Each dish will be paired with some fantastic Japanese beverages, hand-picked for the occasion. And to guide you through this incredible journey, we'll have Mani from Black Market Sake hosting alongside our very own venue manager, Andrea – both sake sommeliers.
